I booked through interparcel and everything went smoothly. The parcel arrived in good shape, with no dents or anything, and the tracking was easy to follow. It all felt straightforward, if that makes sense. I’d use them again.

I had to make a claim with Interparcel after an issue with a parcel, it wasn’t as stressful as I thought it’d be. I sent over the details they needed, and the replies I got back were clear and easy to follow.
The compensation did get sorted and paid. It wasn’t instant, but it felt fair enough overall. Claims are never exactly fun, but this one was handled alright, and I felt like they did what they said they’d do

I don’t usually expect much from parcel tracking, to be honest, but Interparcel was surprisingly decent last week. The updates came through quickly and actually matched where my parcel seemed to be, which isn’t always the case with these things. I’ll admit it made waiting for the delivery a lot less stressful.

"Am I the only one who felt it took forever?"
Am I the only one who gets really frustrated when a simple issue takes way longer than expected to fix? To be fair, it did get sorted in the end, but the whole process dragged on longer than it should have.

I used Interparcel for a parcel last week and it was all really straightforward, I got emails at every stage so I never felt like I was sitting there wondering where it had got to, the tracking link opened fine whenever I checked it, and the whole thing just felt simple, easy, and hassle-free from start to finish

I booked a collection and stayed in all day waiting for it, only for nobody to show up. Always fun having your day wasted with no update. I ended up having to chase it myself and rebook, which is apparently just part of the service now. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either, so I’m finding it hard to trust them at this point.

"Anyone else had unreliable delivery times with Interparcel?"
I booked through Interparcel thinking it would be straightforward, but the delivery ended up being late and the tracking barely updated, which was frustrating. I had to keep chasing it myself, and the parcel arrived after the day it was supposed to. Maybe I just had bad luck, I’m not sure, but it definitely didn’t feel reliable. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I wouldn’t use them again for anything that needs to arrive on time

"Good value, depending on what you're sending"
I've used interparcel a few times now and, for the parcels I usually send, the prices tend to be better than booking direct with a courier. I like that there are plenty of options too, so I can choose based on price, speed, or who I trust for that particular delivery. It probably depends a bit on the size and urgency of the parcel, but for my needs it's been straightforward and good value.

Booking was straightforward overall, but the checkout part threw me off a few times. Maybe it was just the layout or the way the steps were worded, but I kept second-guessing what I needed to do next, so it took longer than I expected

I booked through Interparcel and the parcel turned up sooner than I was expecting, or around then anyway. The tracking was straightforward and there weren’t any real delays or problems. Overall I was happy with it, to be honest, and I’d probably use them again...

They did help me in the end, so I’ll give them that, but the replies took quite a while. What annoyed me more was the wording made it sound like support would be quicker than it actually was. Not terrible, just a bit frustrating...
